I went Christmas and grocery shopping last night and finished that up around 8PM. I got in my car at Town Center in Mt. Pleasant and tuned into the 102.1 FM station on my drive on the way home. What I experienced was incredible. Hit after hit after hit. Heard everything from “Hotel California” by the Eagles to “One” by Three Dog Night and many many other great song one right after the other.
Bottom line…when I got home at about 8:25pm…I couldn’t get out of the car. I stayed in the car outside where I live on Daniel Island listening to The City to just past 9:30pm. I texted Rick and told him about this experience last night and told him that I had to get out of my car or my groceries were going to thaw out.” – Rick Benthal | Boone Hall Plantation

I just heard about this brand new radio station called “The City”. All i can say is, FINALLY! We have a station that plays the hits from a generation of music that i have such a soft spot for. Now i don’t have to go through the aggravation of trying to stream these classics using a radio app. Thank you! I hope you guys stay around for a long time! Just keep adding more hits to that awesome play list!
